What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of rstbilling.com. They are not a services contract. If RST Billing performs billing, coding, care-program or audit-defense work for your practice, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement controls if the two ever conflict.

What is on this site

The site describes services RST Billing offers. Two things are worth stating plainly:

• The numbers on this site are targets, not reported results. Where the site shows a figure — a first-pass clean-claim rate, a collection ratio, a turnaround window — it is a commitment we are stating, labelled as such. It is not a historical average and not a guarantee of what your practice will see. Actual results depend on your specialty, your payer mix, your documentation and the state of your accounts receivable when we start.
• Illustrative material is labelled. Some figures, screens and sample documents on the site are illustrations of a format or a mechanism, marked “illustrative” or “format shown”. They are not records of a real client matter.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or clinical advice, and nothing on it is coding or compliance advice for a specific claim. Coding and payer rules change, and they vary by payer and by state. Do not act on a page of this website in place of advice about your own situation.

Using the site

You may read the site, print it and share links to it. Please do not: submit anyone’s personal or health information through the form, attempt to break into or disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or misrepresent yourself when contacting us.

If you submit a request, you confirm that the contact details are yours or that you are authorised to give them, and that you have not included patient information.

The free revenue audit

The audit is offered at no cost and with no obligation to buy anything. It does not create a client relationship, and either of us can stop at any point. Its findings are yours to keep. What the audit examines and how long it takes are described on the site; scope and turnaround to confirm. We may decline a request — for instance where we are not a fit for the specialty or cannot get the access the review needs.

Intellectual property

The text, design, layout, logo and original graphics on this site belong to RST Billing. Photographs are used under licence from their respective rights holders. Third-party names that appear on the site — payers, practice-management systems, certifying bodies — belong to their owners and are used only to describe what we work with; their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation or certification.

Where we link to another site we do so because it is useful. We do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it. To the fullest extent the law allows, RST Billing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Governing state and venue to confirm with counsel. Until that is settled, any dispute about this website will be handled in good faith between the parties in the first instance.
