Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and what we do with it. Written in plain language rather than boilerplate.

The short version
This site has one form. It asks for your name and work email, and optionally your phone number, practice name and a short message. We use those details to contact you about the revenue audit you requested. We do not sell them, we do not share them for advertising, and we do not ask for patient information anywhere on this site.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the audit request form we receive: your name, your email address, your phone number and practice name if you chose to provide them, your message if you wrote one, the fact that you checked the consent box, and which page you submitted from. If you fill in the optional follow-up questions after submitting, we also receive your primary specialty, a monthly collections band, what you said hurts most, and your preferred call time.
We do not ask for and do not want protected health information. Please do not include patient names, dates of birth, member or claim numbers, diagnoses or any other patient detail in any field on this site. If you send us patient information by accident, tell us and we will delete it.
Information collected automatically
Our host records standard server logs for every visit — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and to block abuse. Analytics to confirm: if and when we add website analytics, this section will name the tool and what it records, and we will publish that change here before it goes live.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of data locally to remember display preferences; that never leaves your device.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and carry out the free revenue audit you asked for.
- To contact you about that audit by email or phone.
- To keep a record that you consented to be contacted, and when.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We contact you by email and phone only. We do not send marketing text messages, and we do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list from this form.
Who else sees it
Only the people at RST Billing who work on your request, and the service providers that operate the site for us:
- Our web host, which serves the site, stores form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Provider name to confirm on launch
- Our email provider, which carries the notification and our reply to you. Provider name to confirm
We do not sell personal information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for as long as we are in contact with you about your request, and then for a further period to keep a record of consent and of the audit we performed. Retention period to confirm. You can ask us to delete your details sooner — see below.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will stop. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example, residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and several other US states have statutory rights to access and deletion, and to appeal a refusal. We honour these requests regardless of where you live.
To make a request, email info@rstbilling.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are held in our host’s systems and in our email, both access-controlled. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Business associate agreements
This website is marketing material. It is not a clinical system and it does not receive, store or transmit protected health information, so it is not itself covered by a business associate agreement. If you engage RST Billing for billing services, a BAA covering that engagement is handled separately from this site. BAA process to confirm
Children
This site is for medical practices and the people who run them. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant — adding analytics, changing who receives your information — we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the text.
